We've already learned about the acceptance criteria for the soldermask process in all its aspects, so today let's learn about the inspection process for those working in the factory.
First Panel Inspection
1. Responsible Party: Operators conduct self-inspection, IPQC conducts the first inspection.
2. Inspection Timing:
① At the beginning of each continuous production batch.
② When engineering data changes.
③ After changing the solution or maintenance.
④ During shift change.
3. Inspection Quantity: First panel.
4. Control Method: Mass production can only proceed after the first panel inspection is qualified.
5. Record: Record the first panel inspection results in the "Process First Inspection Daily Report".
Sampling Inspection
1. Inspection Responsibility: IPQC.
2. Inspection Timing: Conduct random sampling after the first panel inspection is qualified.
3. Inspection Quantity: Random sampling, when sampling, check both the panel and the bottom board.
4. Control Method:
① Major defects: Adopt zero-defect qualification.
② Minor defects: Three minor defects are equivalent to one major defect.
③ If the sampling inspection is qualified, the batch is transferred to the next process; if not qualified, rework or report to the screen printing team leader or supervisor for handling. The screen printing process needs to identify and improve the causes of non-compliance before resuming production.
