As mentioned above, the exposed copper layer is susceptible to oxidation, so the pad also needs a protective layer to prevent oxidation; therefore, the emergence of the pad spray plating, which is what we often say. Can be plated with inert metal gold or silver, can also be a special chemical film to prevent the copper layer of the pad is exposed to the air is oxidised (this is mentioned in the previous immersion gold plate).
